Hi, I'm Lily

My Beginning

I was a mystic as a child. I built lots of fairy houses.

I dreamed of the spirits of the earth, the animals, the trees, talking to me, guiding me. I wanted to save the earth, the animals, the land. All I had was the passion and the knowing from deep within that this was the calling.

So I did the only thing I knew how to do to make that a reality. I went to college and set my career track in the environmental field with a special interest in the social dimensions of natural resources, wildlife protection, and large landscapes.

Through those studies, I became more educated on the natural world, while also simultaneously more disconnected from it spiritually. On some level, I could feel that loss, but wondered if I really “needed” that connection anymore. I loved school, and my friends, and I was good at my studies, but something was missing - not just from my major, but from my life.

Energy Healing

Healing My Body

After I graduated, I moved to Colorado to start my first job as a Naturalist working for a science center. It was there that my physical health hit a breaking point.

Constant fatigue, extreme digestive issues, dizziness, brain fog. I was diagnosed with SIBO and post-menopausal hormone levels, but I wasn't really getting better, even with treatments.

I went back to school to pursue my master’s degree, most of the time hiding the fact that I was deeply unwell. By the end of the 2 years, I was so exhausted.

I had struggled with disordered eating and feeling disconnected from my body for years. Deep down I knew I had been running away and numbing myself for a long time.

I knew I had to do something way different and drastic.

After years of little to no success with doctors and naturopaths, I spent basically all the money I had on a program for healing mystery illnesses.

It was the biggest (and most insane for me at that time; I was super frugal) investment I had ever made.

My life changed after I completed the program and I had hope again. Everything I had felt skeptical of, like inner child healing, shadow work, and working with energy, slowly started to make a difference.

And so did my renewed, spiritual connection with the earth.

Puzzle Pieces

Grounding was one of my biggest breakthroughs. It was the catalyst that brought me back to my spiritual, physical, and emotional connection with nature.

But I still had a long way to go. I dove deeper into the spiritual space. I joined mind-body-soul healing programs and began receiving energy healing from practitioners. I worked for a feminine embodiment coach and immersed myself in the world of masculine/feminine energetics.

Once I got to a certain place in my healing, I decided to get attuned to Reiki and started offering sessions to the people in my sphere and share what I had learned from my healing journey thus far on social media. From there, my business began. I loved what I did; I loved helping my clients.

Then I Stopped

Then I decided to step away.

I needed me again - I needed to find her and be her. I felt like some of what I was teaching and living wasn't fully mine (although closer than before).

I also felt tired and "done" from the work I was doing on social media. I was trying to work two jobs, one in the environmental field and my business, and I just couldn't do it. I didn't want to burn out again and go against everything I taught, so I left.

I focused on myself. I went to a women's retreat that will forever be a core experience for me; so much opened up there, like a vortex. I started traveling to the places I wanted to go. Because I was largely healthy, I felt like I could finally start living again, and I wanted to, intensely.

Then I dove into somatic work (real somatics) and the nervous system in a way I had never experienced before.

This is where I think true healing started happening for me. I started to reconnect with tender, lost aspects of myself, and finally felt like I was actually healing my inner child instead of always feeling her pain. Even more so than the travel and exploration (which will always be a part of my soul), this deeper reconnection with myself was what I had been searching for - it was the thing I couldn't name, but that terrified me to live without.

I started to map my relationships and how they were reflecting me. I started to make my feminine energy a daily practice. Playing, being outside, joy, nature, community, goddess energy, cacao, fun, receiving - it became my holy grail and my personal antidote to burnout.

What stayed through everything was my spiritual connection to the earth, and I continued to explore that.  It always felt natural and easy to me.

These last two years gave me time and maturity.

Now I work with women who accidentally left themselves, their bodies, the tender parts of their nervous systems, and their hearts behind to survive.

Find her, then find her again ~

I am honored to support your journey

Love, Lily
