Ceremonial Cacao Sessions

Sacred healing ceremonies for the woman ready to drop into her heart.

Cacao Ceremony is the most sacred and potent ritual I know for connecting with the deepest parts of your heart.

Cacao creates a sense of safety.

Safety creates openness.

And openness lets you go to places you couldn't reach before.

Who is this for?

The woman who left her body to survive burnout, illness, or too much feeling and wants to find her way back.

The woman craving a real drop into her heart, her soul, and something more, but she doesn't know what.

You don't need experience with cacao. You don't need to believe anything in particular before you arrive. All you need is a quiet space and ninety minutes where you won't be interrupted.

The format

Format — One-to-one, virtual.

Session Length — 60 to 90 minutes.

Cacao — You source your own, based on my recommendation or using one you already know and love. I love and use Embue Cacao; it's organic, heavy-metal tested, and sustainably sourced (about $30 a bag, and yours to keep for future ceremonies you can create for yourself).

Beforehand — An informational waiver covering contraindications and what to expect from working with cacao.

Investment — $111

What happens during ceremonial cacao sessions

After over a year of creating healing ceremonies for myself, I will connect with cacao and Gaia in real time and create a personalised cacao ritual and ceremony for you.

I will share cacao's energetic qualities and everything you need to know about cacao so you can drop in and experience it fully as a plant ally.

You'll receive energy work, a meditative journey, and intuitive coaching and insights from me.

This is a space to heal alongside your inner child and your unique nervous system.

Who's working in session

I am not the only one working during these sessions!

Real cacao is a deeply traditional plant medicine that stimulates, opens, and expresses the heart, especially with intention. I'm very connected to Gaia, and she steps into our sessions. I am also very connected to spirit animals that often come in and assist.

I work in collaboration with all three: cacao, Gaia, and spirit animals. In a session, I am one of four.

Anchor into Gaia.

Anchor into your Heart.

Hi, I'm Lily

I was a mystic as a child.

I spent my time in trees and water and with animals, and I built lots of fairy houses.

Then I put it down. Geology, a master's in natural resources, years of thinking woo-woo stuff was silly. I was insecure about my own naturalness and wanted to be less so.

By 24 years old I was really sick. Chronic digestive issues, hormone imbalances, inflammation, and an eating disorder that had been going on for years. I tried doctors, supplements, protocols, and it helped but it wasn't touching the deeper emotional layers. Then I started grounding outside, lying the full length of my body on the earth, because I had run out of other ideas. I also started to receive energy work, started talking to my inner child, and healing my traumatized nervous system.

That's when my health took a drastic right turn, and the parts of me I put down started to reveal themselves again.

I'm a Cacao Facilitator, Usui Reiki and Animal Reiki certified, and an energy healer. What I actually do is hold space for the tension you've been carrying, consciously and subconsciously, to let go. Drop into your emotions and heart and connect with nature.

Praise from previous clients

Lily’s Cacao Ceremony was a heart-opening and a level-up experience! Her intuition is very precise and clear. As a result, I walked away with profound clarity and inner shifts. Her words during the ceremony have power, and I could feel my body softening, relaxing, and a lightness during the session. Her ceremonies are a strong catalyst for change when setting an intention going into it! Highly recommend.
