Touching Earth is a feminine frequency foundation that heals the separation between human consciousness and the natural world.
It's the feminine that connects with the earth, the plants, the animals, the soil. This does not mean women. The feminine...within us all. In deepening into our divine feminine energy through our bodies, we connect to our feeling self and innate wisdom. The more we integrate our feminine with our divine masculine the more connected to our hearts we become, and the more we express our true nature, as embodied, empowered, and unified with the natural world.​This is what I want for you.

Connecting with the animal kingdom
Wild animals don't hold trauma, but domesticated animals do. There's so much we can learn about embodiment from wildlife and the wild earth. We will explore this in Chrysalis through somatic practices.
The IRCT Tree of Life healing frequency (a frequency I am attuned to and use in my work with clients) is a form of Reiki that works directly with the spirit of the earth and the animal kingdom. In Chrysalis we will connect with this frequency and your specific animal connection in a spiritual way.
The Details
This is a 4-month container where you will be fully held energetically throughout. Each container will be different and cater to the individual needs of the client. There will be plenty of space for flow!
8 Calls Guided by Lily
Call format will include a combination of some (or all) of the following: teachings, transmissions, guided embodiment and/or meditations, energy work, coaching/mentorship. The nature of the calls will stay true to the themes of Chrysalis and may include topics such as re-orienting to the natural world, diving into the heart, the gene keys, somatic experiences, connecting to the animal kingdom, and more.

2 Deliverables
Could include guided meditations, deep dive voice recording on a specific topic, embodiment practice, etc.
