The word Temple (n) traces back to the Latin word templum, meaning a sacred clearing in the trees.
Temples always have been and still are special spaces used for ritual, healing, manifestation, ceremony, and celebration.

I created the Temple because it's exactly what I needed after I graduated college, wasn't in physical proximity to many of my friends anymore, and was going through a very intense and healing time. Later in my 20s, I discovered retreats and spiritual, sacred spaces online, and they helped me reconnect to myself in such a profound way, while connecting with other woman on a similar path. I felt like I was finally re-entering the world, after a time underground (which was necessary for me, but it was time to emerge). At one of these retreats, I was introduced to cacao, and although I've always loved ritual, the concept of sacred space really permeated my daily life. This led me to greater and greater reconnection with myself, my spiritual connection to animals and the earth, and my love (and need!) for the feminine energy in all her forms.
I created this for the woman whose done a lot of internal work and is looking for something more, and a deeper and real connection with herself. Also, if you're nature coded...this is definitely for you!

The Temple Group Program
The Temple is an elevated ceremony/circle-based group program for spiritual women. The Temple is deeper than your average women's circle - this is a transformative container that will really take you somewhere with yourself. But it will also be so fun and light, I promise. My vision is that The Temple is a healing space that will naturally allow you to connect with your feminine energy, alongside other graceful, embodied, and kind women (yes we are healing sisterhood wounds here!). The most important part of The Temple is that it is a sacred space - and I will be holding all of us in that light. This isn't just another group program, and it's not even about learning; it's a space to soften, embody, and become as a natural unfolding.
Each week, we will have one in-depth call that will include a ceremony, healing, or practice. The second half of each call will be space for sharing and connection! Weekly topics are below, and are subject to change based on the group!
Spirit Animals: We'll be connecting with your spirit animals through ceremony so you can learn how to connect with them as guides in your life! Animals are one of my biggest spiritual connections, so we'll be diving into this!
Energy Healing: To clear your field, align your energy, and clear any stuck emotions so you can feel your absolute best <3 Energy work is a non-negotiable in my life, so this will be thorough!
Cacao Ceremony: One of the most feminine rituals and an experience that I love with my whole heart! We'll be doing a full, heart-opening ceremony (and I'll send you some cacao!).
The Female Nervous System: A massive part of my healing journey has come through working with the female nervous system. I'll be guiding a somatic experience and sharing on this topic, so you can start to understand this aspect of yourself.
Creative Practice: Women NEED creativity like they need food and water. This is how we connect to the soul. Clarrissa Estes talks all about the importance of creativity for women in Women Who Run with the Wolves, so we will tap into that energy and practice getting into the energy of feminine creation!
Gaia and Gridworking: One of my favorite tools is connecting with the earth and Gaia. We will be tapping into gridworking and also experiencing a ceremonial and spiritual connection journey to Gaia for full body health, grounding, and vitality. This will be similar to an energy healing experience.

Meet your guide
Hi, I'm Lily. I'm an Aries Sun, Leo Moon, and Sagitarius Rising, and I help my clients liberate and heal their feminine energy through Temple spaces, energy healing, the female body, and spiritual connection to the Earth. I'm a certified Cacao Facilitator and Energy Healer, with Usui Reiki and International Center for Reiki Training Animal Reiki certifications. I received my Master's degree in Natural Resources and Earth Sciences, which gave me a deep and layered understanding of the natural world, in addition to the spiritual connection I had since I was a child. Specializing in curating sacred Temple spaces in person and online, I facilitate my clients in reconnecting with themselves through cacao ceremony, channeling earth and animal spirit guides, and creative, embodied practices.
